  • Life in The Fast Lane (LITFL) have some tips around defibrillation, including the COACHED mnemonic here

  • Some fun ALS quizzes can be found here (these are American, and so they call it ‘ACLS’ and use terms like ‘epinephrine’ and ‘lidocaine’, but other than that it’s pretty solid)

  • For those preparing for the FACEM written exam, some SAQ questions on ALS can be found on the ED Vivas site by searching ‘CPR’ here

CVC insertion:

  • The Emergency Procedures site covers an approach to femoral and internal jugular CVC insertion can be found here

  • Sir Charles Gardner Hospital ED site has a good resource for USS-guided CVC placement, including a video resource on USS technique here

Airway Plan & Drills:

  • Our SVHM ED introduction video on airway plans & drill here

  • LITFL have a great, quick resource on airway assessment here

  • The Vortex approach to airway planning and intubation has lots of great tips and resources here
